All garments have approximate size and/or measurements listed, please read product description prior to purchase.

Damaged Items/ Care Instructions
If the item is damaged upon arrival please supply photo proof via email thegarmentarchitect.com@gmail.com within 48 hours of item received.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Items can not be washed, worn or altered in any way.
If not, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
In the case that we have accepted the return via email correspondence, we will issue a shipping label to your associated email address to return goods.
Once received a replacement will be shipped out.
If by any chance the item is SOLD OUT you may choose a different product of equal/ lesser value and or you'll be refunded in full.
Please handle ALL Garments and Accessories with care, items are high quality but please treat as a piece of art.
DO NOT wear accessories swimming or in the shower. DO NOT sleep with/in accessories.
KEEP AWAY from chemicals such AS alcohol, ammonia, bleach, hairspray, acetone.
Garments contain care instructions, if you are still uncertain please DRY CLEAN.
Exception / non-returnable items
Certain items can not be returned, such as intimate wear (i.e. lingerie, bodysuits). Also, this includes swimwear.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If under any circumstances we have to issue a refund, we will notify you via email and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please keep in mind it could take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping
Please Note: We are a READY TO WEAR and CUSTOM BOUTIQUE.
The Garment Architect pieces are made one by one, by hand, custom to each client's specific specific measurements, height and color request. Therefore; all custom orders take 2-5 weeks to complete depending on current volume of orders.
Our priority is to ship all READY TO WEAR orders out within 48 hours.
Shipping could take up to 3-7 business days for your item to be delivered depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Please refer to confirmation email for tracking number to follow up on the delivery.
Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address and include the suite/apt number (if any).
If you have placed your order during a weekend and/or during a holiday season your order could be slightly delayed.
THE GARMENT ARCHITECT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
